Q2: How can I upload my photo?

A: You have two options:

Upload your photo when you place the order (through the upload option on the product page).
Or, if you prefer, email your photo along with your order number to service@customeverlove.com.

Q3: How long does production take?

A: Since all of our products are 100% custom-made, production will take up to 7 business days after your order is confirmed. Once completed, your order will be shipped immediately.

Q4: How long is the shipping time?

A: Shipping time depends on your region. Standard delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, but this may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance.
