Welcome — this page explains how shipping works at Customeverlove, including processing times, estimated delivery windows, tracking, customs, and what to do if you experience any issues.

Shipping & Handling

At Customeverlove we ship worldwide to nearly every country. We partner with trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly. In many cases we offer free flat-rate shipping on selected products or destinations — eligibility will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Order Confirmation

After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately before the item enters the processing stage so we can try to accommodate your request.

Processing Time

Processing is the time we need to prepare and pack your order before handing it to the carrier. Typical processing times:

  • Non-customized products: 1–7 business days
  • Customized / personalized products: 7–15 business days

For orders with multiple items, processing is based on the item with the longest processing time. During peak seasons or for complex customizations additional processing time may be required.

Important: Processing time is not included in the shipping time. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Estimated Shipping Times

We offer multiple shipping methods at checkout. The estimated delivery windows (for non-remote areas) are:

  • Americas: 7–20 business days
  • Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Oceania: 10–25 business days
  • Asia: 3–15 business days
  • Africa: 10–25 business days

These are estimates only. Shipping can be delayed by holidays, peak shopping seasons, customs inspections, carrier issues, or unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather or global emergencies). If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to become active on the carrier's tracking site — sometimes carriers require time to update their systems.

If tracking does not update after a few days, please check again later and contact our support team if you remain concerned.

Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

Packages shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, we are generally unable to refund the original shipping charge. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details about potential import charges.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, is damaged in transit, or you did not receive it, please contact us immediately with your order number and relevant photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partners to investigate and find a satisfactory resolution.

Other Important Notes

  • Different items may ship from different warehouses.
  • For certain remote locations, carriers may require extra transit time; shipping times shown at checkout will reflect available options.
  • During major promotional periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) processing and shipping may take longer than usual.
