At Customeverlove, every item is specially made-to-order with care and attention. Because our products are customized and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun.
We encourage you to review your order details carefully before checkout, including personalization, design, and shipping information.
Eligibility for Replacement
While we cannot accept returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any of the following issues, we will gladly remake your item and send you a replacement at no additional cost:
- The product is defective or arrives damaged.
- The item is not usable due to a production error.
- The finished product significantly differs from the approved design or description.
How to Request a Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Photos or videos showing the issue (e.g., defects, quality problems).
Our support team will review your case and confirm if a replacement is applicable.
Important Notes
- As all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect personalization provided by the customer, or general dissatisfaction with the chosen design.
- Replacements will be produced and shipped using the same delivery method as your original order.
- In rare cases where a replacement is not feasible, our customer service team will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
