A: Simply choose your favorite custom product (ornament, necklace, bracelet, or keychain), add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During the order process, you can upload your desired photo directly, or send it to us via email after placing the order.

A: You have two options:

  • Upload your photo when you place the order (through the upload option on the product page).
  • Email your photo along with your order number to service@customeverlove.com.

A: Since all of our products are 100% custom-made, production will take up to 7 business days after your order is confirmed. Once completed, your order will be shipped immediately.

A: Shipping time depends on your region. Standard delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, but this may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance.

A: Because all of our products are customized with your personal photos, we do not accept returns or refunds once the item has been produced.

A: If your product arrives damaged, unusable, or if the customization effect does not meet expectations, please contact us at service@customeverlove.com within 7 days of delivery. We will remake your item free of charge and ship it to you again.

A: If your order has not yet entered production, you may request changes or cancellation. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible due to the custom nature of our products. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.
